Now Hiring: Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative
Location: Queens, NY & Huntington, NY | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Agency Manager
K&N Insurance Brokerage is looking for an organized, personable Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an insurance career with real growth potential — whether you are new to the industry or bring experience, we invest in our people.
What You Will Do
- Greet clients and manage front-desk operations at our Queens or Huntington office
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about auto, home, and commercial insurance
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately
- Follow up on quotes and assist the sales team with new business
- Maintain client records and documentation in our agency management system
- Coordinate between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
What We Are Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
- Professional phone presence and positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Computer literate — email, spreadsheets, agency management systems
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required — we will train you
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Arabic, French, or Russian)
- P&C license is a plus — we will help you get licensed if needed
