How It Started
Nour Fahmy grew up watching his neighbors in Queens overpay for insurance — or worse, drive without it because they couldn’t find coverage they could afford. The big carriers treated everyone like a number. Non-English speakers got lost in phone trees. High-risk drivers got turned away without a second thought.
In 2018, Nour opened K&N Insurance Brokerage on Jamaica Avenue in Hollis, Queens with a simple idea: compare rates from multiple insurance companies so families and businesses actually get a fair deal. Not one company’s price. Not one take-it-or-leave-it quote. A real comparison — the way insurance should work.
Word spread. A second office opened in Huntington to serve Long Island. Eight years later, K&N has earned 863+ Google reviews — not because of slick marketing, but because people tell their friends when someone actually takes care of them.
